Pizza? Good! Burrata? Good! Burrata on pizza? Amazing! I used the pizza crust by Magioni, a delicious healthier pizza crust made from paprika. Top it off with burrata, garlic tomatoes and crispy prosciutto and you have the perfect summer burrata paprika pizza!

If you are looking for a recipe to make on a hot summer evening, this is it! This pizza combines the flavours of paprika, burrata, spicy garlic tomatoes and crispy prosciutto. Finish it with some finger licking Pizza herbs and fresh basil and you are ready to go! The best part? This pizza is done within 15 minutes. How easy can it be?

The most delicious way to cook tomatoes is with some oil, garlic, chilli flakes and Culieet. The last one is a special seasoning syrup that you can add to basically anything. Every time when you are cooking and thinking “I am missing something”, just add a splash of Culieet! This gives depth and a savoury flavour to your dish. It is also really delicious with these spicy garlic tomatoes and helps to reduce the tomatoes when cooking. You can buy Culieet in the Afvallen met Bregje webshop.

To finish this pizza, I sprinkled some salt, pepper and Green Gypsy finger licking pizza herbs. These herbs are 100% natural and do not contain any additives. As the name suggests, they are really delicious on pizza!

I chose to make crispy prosciutto. This is really easy. Just put some slices of prosciutto on a plate in the microwave and bake until they become crispy. Let them cool them completely and crumble it with your hands.
